MEET THE STAFF

Risha Jain – IVF Coordinator
While attending Rutgers University, graduating with a BS in Information Technology, Risha worked at Mandell’s Pharmacy. During her years at Mandell’s she discovered that it was truly a wonderful place where she could really help other people, so she explored a career with owners, Terry and Ed Malanda.
Risha trained and became the Mandell’s Pharmacy IVF Coordinator. She handles every order that comes in and assembles all applicable information necessary. She loves her patients and has had the pleasure of speaking to and meeting some of the most wonderful and caring people. Risha feels the true appreciation of the customers and, with the rest of the staff, finds her work very rewarding.
Most of Risha’s free time is spent with her family.

Sandra Fernandez, RPh, PharmD
Pharmacy is Sandra’s great love! After interning at Mandell’s Pharmacy, she graduated from Rutgers University in 2004 and joined the staff. When she realized how much she loved working in the specialty pharmacy field, she let all other career options go. Sandra finds her work highly satisfying and prides herself on making a difference in people’s lives. She says that happiness is when you find something you love to do and can get paid for it!
Admitting that she’s a workaholic who still manages to find some downtime, Sandra spends her spare time with family and friends. She enjoys meeting new people and learning about new things.

Reema Jain, RPh, PharmD
Reema became a registered pharmacist in 2002 after earning her BS and Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) at Rutgers University, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. Reema has experience in chain pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, and in the pharmaceutical industry. She works at Mandell’s Pharmacy on Saturdays and at Johnson & Johnson during the week.
In her spare time, Reema enjoys being with her family and friends, watching movies, and participating in outdoor activities.

Nancy Ondovik, RPh, PharmD
Nancy graduated from Rutgers University in 1996 with a BS in Pharmacy and received her Doctorate in PharmD in 1998. She began working at Mandell’s Pharmacy in 1996 and still works there part-time while pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry. She enjoys working at Mandell’s and having the ability to interact directly with patients in a very friendly environment.
Nancy’s enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore, mountain biking, and kayaking.

Jennifer Gustavson, CPhT, IVF Coordinator
Jennifer, her husband of 11 years, and their children moved to New Jersey from Texas in 2005. She has enjoyed 14 years in pharmacy and became a certified Pharmacy Technician in 2000.
Jennifer loves being a mother and spending time with her 2 daughters. She feels everyone should have the opportunity of becoming parents and knows that, in a small way, she takes part in helping others have children.

Annemarie Appel, Infertility Sales Specialist
Annemarie has 20 years of pharmaceutical specialty sales and has worked for Serono, USA and Upjohn Pharmaceuticals. She joined the staff at Mandell’s in 2006 to experience a new avenue of specialty sales and to be directly involved with the patient experience.
Annemarie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and 3 beautiful boys. Their close-knit family enjoys skiing and vacationing together.

Karen Molnar, LPN
  Karen enjoys working at Mandell's and helping patients with their medical questions.  She is new to the field of IVF but loves the challenges and rewards this opportunity has provided her.  She enjoys teaching injection classes and hands on patient interaction.
  In her spare time she spends time with her husband, family, friends and their 2 pet iguanas and fish! Her hobbies include painting photography and scrapbooking.
 
Tony Souied, RPh
Tony joined our staff in 2002 as a part time pharmacist. Shortly after, he began to pursue a law degree at Rutgers University. He completed law school in May of 2007 and passed his New Jersey and New York BAR exams after taking them in July 2007.  Tony enjoys pharmacy and is looking forward to also practicing law.
In his spare time he enjoys soccer and spending quality time with his many friends and family.
